The Fajiri Family Relief Foundation (“FFRF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our members, donors, contributors, coordinators, sponsors, volunteers, applicants, brand ambassador, and users of our membership, charitable, family support, and humanitarian services. The FFRF is a family-oriented non-profit organization dedicated to uniting individuals and communities to transform lives through the implementation of programs and initiatives that support vulnerable individuals and families. Our programs and initiatives are designed to address specific social, economic, and humanitarian needs in a responsible and impactful manner.

We collect and process personal information only for lawful, legitimate, and humanitarian purposes related to our programs, membership services, outreach activities, donations, communications, community engagement, and organizational operations.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you interact with our Services, including our websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, events, campaigns, communications, meetings, seminars, and conferences (collectively, the “Services”).”

The FFRF is the Data Controller responsible for your personal data. FFRF engages a third-party Data Processor to process personal data on its behalf: Maseev Invisible Digitals (Acting strictly under the instructions of FFRF and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations).

10. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Donation records: up to 7 years

Account data: until deletion or after 3–5 years of inactivity or when membership is revoked.

Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.

Job applications: up to 6 months after decision.

We may retain data longer where required by law or for legal claims.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:
